Returns & Refunds Policy
All sales are final. Due to the unique nature of original artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged. In case of damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the problem.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ballyrea Wells, Ballyedmond, Gorey, Co. Wexford Y25FF24.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Import Duties and Delivery Cooperation
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply once the shipment reaches their country. We are not liable for any additional charges or delays caused by customs processes. If your parcel is held, delayed, or stopped by customs or the shipping carrier, it is the customer’s responsibility to cooperate with the relevant authorities to help resolve the issue and ensure delivery.
